If you are not satisfied with your order, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reasons, within 14 days from the delivery of the goods to you or to a person delegated by you.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing of your decision within the deadline specified above:

Goods must be sent back or delivered to us in their original conditions and properly packaged within 14 days from the date of your notice of withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

Shipping for the return of the goods will be at your expense; no freight collect delivery will be accepted.
You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods if you used them other than as allowed to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Goods must be returned in perfect condition and free of any damage, scratch or dent, in their original packaging and complete with their original accessories, components, and product literature. Additionally, goods must be duly packaged, in the same way as they were received. Use the same protective packaging that was used for the delivery of the order.
In any case, goods must be returned in a resalable condition.
If you withdraw from the contract within the given timeframe, all payments made to us will be refunded, including the costs for the delivery of the order but excluding the costs for the return.
We reserve the right to reject, within 7 days, any return notified or returned late or products that are not in the same condition in which they were originally received.
The refund will be made as soon as the returned products reach our warehouses and are checked and, in any case, no later than 7 days from the day we receive them.
The refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
